📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling and managing appointments.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop beauty therapists to maintain and improve service quality.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols.
• Manage inventory and ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the clinic manager to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty and aesthetic care industry.
• Proven track record of managing a team of beauty therapists.
• Strong understanding of clinic management software, such as The Clinic Management System (TCMS) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in beauty therapy or a related field (e.g., Certified Beauty Therapist, Certified Aesthetician, or similar).
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
• Ability to travel to other clinics if needed.
