As an On-Site System Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting network devices, managing server environments, and ensuring the security and performance of our clients' IT infrastructures. With your expertise in network protocols, security measures, and system management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our clients' operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain network and system infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage server environments, including virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and system engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Proficient in using network management tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
