In this role, you'll use our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales performance. Daily, you'll engage with potential customers, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable banking products.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers in North Konawe.
- Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products.
- Manage customer accounts and monitor financial performance using Salesforce.
- Provide financial education and guidance to customers on banking solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for financial product expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory or sales roles, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with microfinance and banking products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in North Konawe.
