You'll be responsible for ensuring our product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for maximum visibility on various platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you'll work closely with our team to maintain and enhance our online presence. This is a part-time position, offering the perfect balance between work and personal life, with a competitive salary of USD 3 - 4.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada to ensure accuracy, attractiveness, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Update product descriptions, images, and pricing to reflect current inventory and promotions.
• Monitor listing performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketplace management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada platforms, including their features, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing listings and orders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken, is a plus.
