As a Learning Solutions and Enablement Analyst at Innodata, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative learning solutions. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with clients to understand their learning needs, developing customized training programs, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the learning experience. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to ensure that the solutions you deliver are effective and engaging.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze client requirements and develop customized learning solutions tailored to their specific needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning programs
• Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning solutions
• Leverage learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone to create and manage learning content
• Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and development
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of learning solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the quality of learning solutions
• Measure the impact of learning solutions and provide data-driven insights to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning solutions using LMS platforms such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning technologies
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or IDP Certified Professional) is a plus
