📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current business processes in the logistics and ICT domains
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, including functional specifications and use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and requirements
• Create and maintain data models, including entity-relationship diagrams and data flow diagrams
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate ICT solutions and technologies to support business objectives
• Monitor and report on the performance of ICT systems and processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the logistics and ICT domains

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the logistics or ICT industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
• Familiarity with ICT systems and technologies, such as ERP, CRM, and data analytics tools
