📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical assistance to employees, including first aid and basic medical care.
• Conduct regular health screenings and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.
• Manage minor illnesses and injuries, and coordinate with healthcare professionals for more complex cases.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Assist in the organization of health campaigns and workshops to raise awareness about health issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate healthcare setting or a related field.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
