Business Development Executive - F&B Brand Acquisition (Part-Time)

PT Cooker Group Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our F&B portfolio by acquiring small to medium-scale brands. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring potential F&B brands that align with our company's vision and values. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth transition and integration of the acquired brands into our portfolio.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire small to medium-scale F&B brands in the Jakarta Raya area.
• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their viability.
• Negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements with potential sellers.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the integration of acquired brands into our portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of acquired brands and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential sellers, partners, and investors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or acquisition in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successful business acquisitions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
