📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote student engagement and learning.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers to ensure academic success.,Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, diversity, and teamwork.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities, such as field trips, sports, and arts and crafts, to enrich the student experience.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.,Attend to the physical, emotional, and social needs of students, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.,Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and student care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.,Previous experience working in an international school or with diverse student populations is a plus.
