📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Assist in stock control and ordering processes.
  • Support the sales team by providing product information and assistance.
  • Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely.
  • Assist in store maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
