Oversee the management of travel and ticketing operations, including booking, reservations, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in the travel and ticketing processes.,Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, airlines, and other stakeholders to secure competitive rates and services.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in travel and ticketing to continuously improve our offerings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the travel and ticketing industry.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior travel and ticketing role, preferably in the tourism industry.,Proven track record of success in managing travel and ticketing operations.,Strong knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with travel management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
