📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Stock and organize pharmacy inventory.
• Assist in the management of the pharmacy's social media accounts.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid pharmacy license or certification (preferred).
• Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
