Provide strategic legal advice to the company's corporate operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts,Advise on corporate governance and risk management,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations,Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments,Mentor and guide junior legal staff,Develop and implement legal policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law,8+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate law,Strong legal and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience in corporate governance and risk management,Familiarity with Indonesian corporate law and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
