📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage and maintain operational equipment and facilities,Conduct regular operational audits and inspections,Provide operational support and guidance to other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
