In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring non-produce items essential for our operations. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing. Additionally, you'll analyze market trends and implement strategies to enhance our supply chain performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable and timely delivery of non-produce items.
• Source, negotiate, and procure non-produce items to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Analyze supplier performance and implement strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in FMCG supply chain management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and supply chain performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to travel occasionally.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
