Code Glow Jaya is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our HR team to understand the needs of our employees and design programs that address those needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.,Work closely with our HR team to understand the needs of our employees and design programs that address those needs.,Deliver learning programs to our employees, either in-person or virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our learning programs are integrated into our overall business strategy.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to our employees as they work through our learning programs.,Measure and report on the impact of our learning programs on employee performance and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Experience with learning management systems and other learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
