📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry, with a focus on Bali and Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
