In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting the hiring manager in finding the best talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Support the hiring manager in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
