📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and software licenses.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are secure and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
