PT Melati Berkah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site management with remote oversight to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and improve menu items and recipes.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
