As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, leave management, and training coordination.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
