As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee leave and attendance records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
