📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.

Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-in/check-out times.

Handle front desk transactions, such as payments and refunds.

Assist with event planning and coordination.

Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
