In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are in proper working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance, including renewals and updates.,Provide support and assistance to drivers and other staff as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
