📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.,Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of construction sites.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation.,Support the Site Engineer in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.,Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
