Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations,Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
