📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of employees and provide leadership and mentorship,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control,Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the branch,Comply with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or sales,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Understanding of financial management and reporting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
