📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
