📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.,Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.,Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing excellence.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.,Proven experience in leading and optimizing manufacturing processes.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English for effective communication with international teams.
