📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team to achieve organizational goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operational management.
