📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any HR-related issues.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
