In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Manage vehicle tracking and navigation systems to optimize routes and reduce travel time.,Handle vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and driver licenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain a clean and organized fleet office, including filing and record-keeping.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
