📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and consultative sales advice to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure informed sales decisions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Identify and address customer needs and concerns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.,Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
