CV Pilar Lestari is seeking a dedicated Deputy Butler to join our team. As a Deputy Butler, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Butler in managing household operations, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our clients. This is a full-time position located in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing household operations and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of clients.,Oversee the daily activities of the household staff, including butlers, cooks, and drivers.,Organize and coordinate events and activities as per the client's requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.,Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Ensure the security and safety of the household and clients.,Manage the household budget and expenses.,Prepare and present reports on household operations and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing household staff and operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local customs and traditions.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and experience with driving luxury vehicles.
